Austria Holy Roman Empire 1802-C 7 kreuzer NGC MS66 Top 1/0 unique coin

  
An absolutely stunning lightly toned, very sharply struck Austrian / Holy Roman Empire 7 kreuzer 1802-C (Prague mint) minted in 250' silver, Krause KM-2129. Graded as MS66 by NGC (a rather modest grade for this piece - hardly can see a single bag mark) this coin is top 1/0 in both NGC and PCGS populations (PCGS has few MS64 as top)!!! Just check how ugly their MS64 look. While 7 Kr issue is known to be overstruck on 12 Kr 1795 KM-2137 pieces, this particular example shows only few minor underlying details (around the date on reverse). Should I say - this listing is a sort of once in a lifetime opportunity?
